The Sr. CRM Program Manager will play a critical role in overseeing complex CRM programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise and deep knowledge of CRM and retention strategies.


Job Expectations:

Program & Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex CRM programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.   
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.


CRM Strategy & Optimization:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze CRM data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize CRM processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM initiatives.


Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to align and report on CRM initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze reports on CRM performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM ecosystem


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:         

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex CRM projects navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Experience with loyalty program platforms and subscription management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.   
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Passion for health and wellness is a plus.


Equipment Knowledge:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SFMC, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Simon Data, Action IQ, Segment.io)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred


Experience Requirements:

7+ years of experience in CRM program and project management with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Education Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
Employees (and their families) that meet eligibility criteria as outlined in applicable plan documents are eligible to participate in our medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance programs and may enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Employees will also be eligible for Time Off and Paid Sick Leave pursuant to the company’s policies. Employees will enjoy paid holidays throughout the calendar year.  Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents.
Hired applicant may be awarded Restrict Stock Units and receive annual bonuses pursuant to eligibility and performance criteria defined in the respective plan documents and policies.
