As the Recruiting Manager for the Security business unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving and scaling our recruiting efforts. You’ll lead a team of recruiters and strengthen stakeholder relationships across the organization. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve Security hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand talent needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance.
  • Oversee and enhance recruiting operations, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Monitor and report recruiting headcount and key metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
  • Manage and report recruiting headcount and metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience through efficient processes and clear communication.
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes that support long-term high-volume growth and efficiency.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all recruiting efforts.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters, with a track record of developing and leading a team.
  • Strong experience leading recruiting strategy for Tech Security organizations.
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, from sourcing and interviewing to closing candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to assess recruiting performance and optimize processes.
  • Experience driving operational efficiencies within a recruiting function, including process improvement and tooling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Passion for technology, digital currency, or financial services.
  • Experience with GSuite and maintaining spreadsheets for headcount tracking purposes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS,  and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Experience leading international recruiting efforts for organizations. 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in a high-growth tech environment and/or crypto company.
  • Experience leveraging AI for recruiting.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$166,345$195,700 USD
