Position Summary
The Part Leader is accountable for achieving the organization's production goals through effective production planning and strategizing. Ensures goods are produced safely, efficiently, timely while meeting quality standard.Role and Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the team adheres to all SEHA policies and procedures.
2. Monitor and manage KPI achievement through monitoring the following:
- Planned vs. actual
- Process defects
- Cost management - loss, labor cost
3. Coach, develop, and provide staffs with guidelines to be successful.
4. Evaluate manpower, machines, and material to minimize downtime/loss.
5. Ensure that all products produced meets quality standards
6. Ensure customer demands are met by shipping product on time (98% or higher on-time rate)
7. Provide real time communication with senior leadership to escalate issues/problems that are impacting production

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree. In the lieu of degree, minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
2. Experience: At least 5 years’ management experience
3. Knowledge: Knowledge of management process and assembly line and the basic terminology about index calculation and manufacturing activities.
4. Skills: Excellent Communication skill (Speaking, Writing), Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software (MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), Excellent interpersonal communication skills and maintain work efficiency
5. Physical Demands:
• Frequently required to stand; use hands to handle and reach.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
6 . Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ.
