We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join our high-performing Benelux marketing team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Brand Manager Meals and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and brand success.
What's on the menu
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Meals portfolio in the Benelux region. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting our brand plans, demonstrating consumer insights and market trends toadvisem discussions on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning. Your goal will be to contribute to the growth and success of our Meals brands, ensuring they remain relevant and appealing to our target consumers.
Responsibilities
In brief, you are responsible for:
  • Supporting the development of marketing strategies and plans for the Meals portfolio, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Handling the social media channels for the Meals portfolio, including building a social plan, crafting assets and executing the content
  • Analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform brand plans and optimize marketing spend
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Category Management, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
  • Managing and executing in-market activities, including shopfloor and promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and agency partner

Qualifications
  • At least a completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience in Marketing, such as an internship, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Affinity for social media platforms and content management
  • Preferably experience with Excel and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Preferably in project management and team collaboration
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory
