In this critical role, you'll provide actionable financial insights that directly drive growth and efficiency within our Marketing organization. You'll have significant exposure to C-level leadership and a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy for a rapidly growing SaaS business, directly contributing to our customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Support our monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes. Partner with Marketing leadership to create a financial forecast and prepare review materials for executives.
  • Analyze current and past trends in marketing financial & operational data (e.g., campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, marketing spend by channel), then provide actionable insights to management.
  • Create, maintain, and review complex financial models in Excel/Google Sheets as well as Pigment, ensuring accuracy and adaptability.
  • Build, maintain, and assist with delivering management reporting, including budget vs. actual materials, dashboards, and board materials.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to address evolving business needs, evaluate new marketing initiatives, and support strategic discussions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is a strong plus, with familiarity in key SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC.
  • Experience supporting a public company is a plus.
  • Excellent modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to foster strong business partnerships and build alignment across teams.
