Your Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize trading and market data to support commercial decision-making.
- Create tools and alerts using Python to track and react to market changes.
- Use SQL to extract actionable insights from internal and external data sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Debug and enhance dashboards in Qlik SAAS to support sales discussions and counterparty engagement.
- Present findings and tools to both internal and external stakeholders and with clarity and confidence.
- Work closely with the sales team to support counterparty conversations with relevant data and market insight.
- Contribute to projects that enhance the commercial value of data and improve team efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS in Econometrics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analytics, trading, or sales-related role.
- Strong technical skills in Python (or similar scripting language).
- Experience working with SQL and BI tools such as Qlik SAAS is a plus.
- Good understanding of financial markets and commercial awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outgoing and confident personality, comfortable presenting.
- Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
