About the Role

We’re hiring two Business Development Associates to join our high-performing, passionate team supporting key accounts across Australia and New Zealand. The positions will mirror include customer support and administration, the second will also focus on key account enablement and sales coordination.

These roles are ideal for proactive, personable individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy creating meaningful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development activities by coordinating account setup, customer training, and follow-ups.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline management through outbound sales calls.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Managers to ensure continuity during leave periods.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Key Account Managers.
  • Analyse sales data and contribute to territory strategies.
  • Ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills—especially phone-based; confident, friendly, and engaging.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a fluid environment.
  • Comfortable with basic reporting and Excel (Veeva experience is a bonus).
  • Tertiary education preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a similar sales or key account support role.
  • Background in aesthetics or medical industry.
  • Exposure to CRM tools like Veeva.
